Hyper-Learning Behaviors - How to Adapt to the Speed of Change Webinar

Associated with  New Hampshire Chapter

Session Overview
:

Based on the work of prominent business executive and professor Edward D. Hess, PhD, this presentation summarizes and reviews current research of the hyper-learning process that refers to both personal and organizational behavior.  Hyper-learning is about the “human capacity to learn, unlearn, and relearn continually in order to adapt to the speed of change.” In short, Dr. Hess speaks to us about the journey to our best self.  Hyper-learning refers not to anxiety about the future yet an over-arching and abundance of continual, high quality learning.  The speed of change permeates our professional and personal spaces and relates to the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) merging of technology and biology, machines, and people.  The work of Dr. Hess helps us to appreciate a new way of being, learning and working.
