Greetings Fellow Members.
We had a very successful 2019. We placed 15th in competition, we had good attendance at our meetings and we had a number of new CMA's in the NH chapter. We are hoping to make 2019-2020 an even better year. As the board works on planning next year this summer here are some of the events to look forward to: The regional conference is here in New Hampshire in September 22-24. We are going to return to the seacoast for our April meeting and work to get some member of the Maine chapter to join us. We are planning another student event in February and we are looking into possibly doing a networking - fun - event sometime during the year as a change of pace.
I have a couple asks of our chapter membership:
1. Consider joining the board. You do not need any prior experience and we are always looking for more Directors - At - Large. As a board we work very collaborative and would welcome new faces and new ideas. Please contact me or any other board members for more information.
2. Attend a meeting this competition year. I understand it is difficult for everyone to attend since the chapter covers the entire state (and some members are from out of state too) but even if you can make it to one meeting the networking and interaction with the other members will be worth it.
