A degree in Accounting will give you the theoretical background for a career in the field. Students often are confronted after graduation with the choice: public v. private. This interactive webinar will give you an overview of each type of Accounting and help you think about how you can chart your career.

Mia Beaudet                   Sr. Financial Analyst at Amazon

Mia Beaudet graduated from the Degree in Three Accounting program at SNHU in 2018. Mia has worked in the private accounting setting for 7 years. Her current role is a Sr. Financial Analyst with the Amazon Health Accounting Team. Her scope of responsibility includes lead of the Operating and Capital Expense pillar and the team's Financial Close Manager.


Dante Cartolano, CPA     Audit Senior at Baker Newman Noyes  

Dante Cartolano is a Audit Senior at Baker Newman Noyes in Manchester, NH. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Dante graduated from Southern New Hampshire University Class of 2019 and 2020.

Bryan Bouchard, CMA    Assistant Professor of Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University

Bryan Bouchard, CMA is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University. Prof. Bouchard is a Certified Management Accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, his Master of Business Administration, and his Master of Science in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.

Prof. Bouchard was named to the 2012 class of 40 Under Forty by the Manchester Union Leader. In 2015 he was named Civic Leader of the Year in NH by Stay Work Play and New Hampshire Public Radio. He also was awarded the 2011 Campus Compact for New Hampshire Presidents' Good Steward Award. This was for his work getting accounting students involved in assisting nonprofit organizations with their accounting.


At SNHU Prof. Bouchard was awarded the 2018 Excellence in Advising Award, the 2016 Student Affairs Faculty Partner Award, the 2012 student organization Advisor of the Year, and the 2010 Excellence in Teaching Award. He has been the advisor in the past for the Phi Delta Psi fraternity and the Future Business Leaders of America.

Outside of SNHU Bryan has served as a board member for Easterseals NH since 2015. He currently serves on their Executive Committee on the board as Treasurer. Bouchard also is a board member for the NH Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and serves on the Community Advisory Board of the Palace Theatre.
